To contribute to the advancement of a public policy agenda for the digital transformation of Brazil, ABES launches the second notice of the 2023 Fellowship Program of the THINK TANK ABES – Center for Intelligence, Public Policy and Innovation for the selection of researchers who wish to contribute to the advancement of a public policy and innovation agenda in Brazil and carry out studies on relevant topics. The selection process is carried out in partnership with the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of São Paulo (IEA/USP).
This notice aims to select doctoral and post-doctoral students and other researchers with a complete doctorate linked to a teaching institution, national or foreign, with the objective of increasing the level of scientific and technological excellence in the areas of interest of the Center. Two researchers will be selected for each of the topics listed below:
- Digital Identity
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Open Data
- Cyber Security
- Legal and Tax Security
- Technology Sector Tax Reform
