New system includes security practices, data governance and new technological tools

TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational and one stop technology shop, is responsible for creating the infrastructure to support Saúde Petrobras, a health care provider that serves Petrobras, Transpetro, Termobahia, PBIO and TBG employees. A meticulous work that resulted in the creation of a large part of the Petrobras Health infrastructure, in addition to guaranteeing the storage of data on the more than 265,000 beneficiaries of the health plan.

For the project, it was necessary to separate the infrastructure of the company Saúde Petrobras from the creator company. To help with this division, a timeline was created for the transformation and realization of the companies' decoupling. TIVIT carried out the necessary consultancy to design the project with the client and ensured the best practices in cloud adoption, security, monitoring and governance, in addition to moving more than four areas of the company to be able to deliver in six months.

The new structure of mainframe of Petrobras Health, created by TIVIT, relied on the entire implementation of multicloud solutions, construction of data repositories for the creation of datalakes, development of applications for cloud native and infrastructure automation, all of this with the guarantee of business continuity during the migration.

“All decisions regarding architecture, infrastructure and cloud components were taken together with the client, always prioritizing the business need”, explains Sergio Iannicelli, Director of Digital & App Innovation at TIVIT. “TIVIT brought results in the first weeks of the project with an exemplary conduction of data migration to the new Petrobras Saúde infrastructure, guaranteeing the continuity of our business at the same time as the migration”, says Nelson Meiga, from Saúde Petrobras.
