Marcello Bosio arrives with the objective of strengthening the company's presence in Brazil, with annual growth of 35% in the area
Siemens Digital Industries Software announces Marcello Bosio as the new Director of Direct Sales in Brazil. The executive assumes leadership of the direct sales teams in Brazil, with the challenge of developing the business and increasing revenues by around 35% in the coming years, helping first-hand the exponential growth of the Brazilian operation, focusing on Siemens' strategic customers Software.
“The objective is to turn Siemens Software Brasil into a prominent global operation and a strong business unit within the Siemens brand, increasing our portfolio and offer of solutions to support the digital transformation of our customers on several fronts, either through technology , ESG actions, or other approaches,” says Marcello. “When we think about the sustainable development of business in Brazil, we are also thinking about the social and economic development of the region”, he adds.
The executive also emphasizes the importance of continuing to develop sales teams to generate value for customers with the company's digital solutions. “When the customer needs support in solving problems, they must find a reference team to present ways to meet their needs through Siemens solutions. Therefore, I also assume the mission of enhancing the vision of the sales team focused on solutions and their generation of value”.
With more than 20 years of experience, Marcello worked in large national and multinational companies leading sales and technology areas before assuming his position at Siemens Software. “Over the years I have sought to acquire as much knowledge as possible to achieve a holistic view of business in the area. The opportunity to add my experience at Siemens and contribute to the development of the teams is a great personal achievement”, comments Marcello.
