The work resulted in the migration of the shared transactional environment to another dedicated and exclusive one, with the aim of optimizing the company's operations.

TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational and one stop shop in technology, transformed the operating model of the authorization environment and backoffice by Alelo, a specialist in benefits, corporate expense management and incentives. The work, carried out by TIVIT's Technology Platforms unit, focusing on the Transactional Services team, allowed the migration of the shared transactional environment to another dedicated and exclusive one. The result of this was a gain in control, productivity and transparency in Alelo's operation, which today serves more than 150,000 companies and 10 million people.

“The challenge of this work was to carry out the migration of the core business most important for Alelo, considering the adverse global context of a shortage of semiconductors, which results in long delivery times. For this reason, we have been looking for alternatives to anticipate the provision of equipment from the beginning”, highlighted Valdinei Cornatione, CCO – Chief Customer Officer at TIVIT. “The result was excellent, since, with the internalization of the processing color from Alelo, we strengthened our business partnership with this client. We also carry out the refresh technology, which ensured greater efficiency, better performance and stability in the environment”, he added.

The project, which started in August 2021 and ended at the end of May 2022, lasted 293 days, and had more than 100 professionals involved, from TIVIT, Alelo and partners, such as Evertec, Oracle, FIS, banking institutions , companies of courier, PaySmart, Grupo Thales Brasil, ELO, CIELO and VISA., in addition to 600 work meetings.

Developments are foreseen for this work, such as the creation of squad dedicated; upgrade of products to current versions with increased vendor support; application architecture change; tuning and automation of the environment; business monitoring; and governance.
