Through this working relationship, Qualcomm Technologies and Salesforce aim to help automakers deliver immersive, personalized experiences that use comprehensive vehicle and driver data, including real-time and quick alerts, targeted offers and predictive services such as preventive maintenance and on-demand feature updates. This new platform will also aim to give automakers the tools to customize service offerings for each user and then deploy those offerings across all vehicles to build a fleet of dynamically configurable software defined vehicles (SDVs).
