Focused on generating a positive impact with its actions, the company increases its commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices
For years, Plusoft has had a strong commitment to sustainability, inclusion and governance. Therefore, the impact generated by the implementation of its actions has always been a concern.
Due to the acceleration of the market and the digital transformation that has intensified in recent years, the company is committed to further increasing its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) actions, thinking of generating an increasingly positive impact on society as as a whole, in addition to its employees and customers.
These issues are already incorporated into the practices carried out by Plusoft, such as the high level of information security controls, obtaining the ISO 27001 seal, which is an international reference standard for information security management, the Diversity, Equality Committee and Inclusion (DII), the choice of the new office in a building that has the Leadership in Energy and Environmental (Leed) certification, at the Gold level, following international standards of sustainable constructions, and offers accessibility with several options of public transport and bicycle paths in its headquarters in São Paulo.
The company's idea is to constantly promote a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for all audiences, without distinction. After all, diversity is also an important pillar of sustainability and is present in all of Plusoft's initiatives and decisions.
“We make decisions with great caution, ethics and maturity. Our strategies are built thinking about generating memorable and innovative experiences for our customers without neglecting the construction of a better and more sustainable future, ensuring a positive impact on society in general”, comments Solemar Andrade, CEO of Plusoft.
Aligned with this position and in compliance with the best corporate transparency practices, the organization is publishing today its first sustainability report in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. In it, it is possible to check the main results obtained in the last year, the most valuable actions and the goals set for the coming years. “Our report shows actions aligned with our culture in the social, environmental and governance aspects, transparently and ethically strengthening our commitment to positively impact tomorrow”, says Patricia Albuquerque, Plusoft's Governance manager.
It is possible to understand more deeply how the projects are structured and the company's improvements with each solution offered, always focusing on quality and customer satisfaction by solving their main pain points and challenges. The aim is to promote more and more innovation for the market, without leaving aside internal values.
“You can see Plusoft's values in each delivery. Our goal is to positively impact our customers and employees, and this has been part of building our trajectory, the efficiency with which we produce and obtain results”, concludes the CEO of Plusoft.
