Registration runs from 10/05 to 11/02
Serasa Experian has opened registration for the 2022 edition of its Internship Program. 25 places are being offered and there is no restriction on training courses. It is essential that the student has an affinity with the area of technology. The initial grant is R$ 1,500, with the possibility of progression up to 20% at the end of the program. Higher education students from all over Brazil can apply, as places are offered in the remote, face-to-face and hybrid models. Applications can be made until November 2, 2022 at site.
Those selected will have the opportunity to enter a complete and exclusive training program, consisting of a learning path that will guide the development of technical skills, including programming languages for technology, behavioral and business-oriented areas.
Young Júlia Porto's expectations are high. The intern who works in the Analytics area joined the company as a Young Apprentice and is now participating in the internship program. “During these first 2 months as an intern, I could see how much Serasa Experian really cares about training talent and gives us support and assistance in everything. My integration with the team is amazing too. Everyone is very patient and my leader makes a point of being there and helping with everything. It has been a very enriching experience indeed. The director of Talent Attraction and Employer Brand at Serasa Experian, Mayara Gomes, highlights that the program will develop modern skills that are well evaluated in the job market. “The training includes the most modern in digital technologies and agile methodologies, promoting an overview of digital transformation and enabling young people to have the necessary knowledge to work on a daily basis and develop professional skills valued in the job market. This initiative was created especially to contribute to the development of new skills and to open up new career possibilities for young people. The idea is that this trail is connected to our business throughout the internship period.”
