The market is facing a major challenge following the pandemic and this is exacerbated by lack of qualified professionals to accompany business transformation and recovery. That's why Oracle is launching SaaS Business Process Certifications, a new free training and certification program on Oracle's world-class applications.
“The biggest impact of the digital transformation we are experiencing is the new opportunities that can be generated for our society,” says Adrián Durán, senior vice president of Applications and Industries at Oracle Latin America. “At Oracle we are committed to democratize access to technology education in Latin America and this year we will seek to train 50,000 professionals across the region in SaaS for free.”
It is a program aimed at already active professionals and students who seek to add an impact certification that will give them a market projection for their future. Through this initiative, anyone in our region will have free, unlimited access for 90 days to all virtual and on-demand courses for Oracle Cloud Applications.
This proposal is part of a series of initiatives that Oracle offers to support Latin Americans in the different stages of their professional development, such as Oracle Next Education (ONE), for those who do not have access to higher education, and Oracle Academy, for teachers universities and technical institutions.
Oracle SaaS Business Process Certifications provide access to relevant knowledge on key business processes (finance and planning, human capital management, customer experience and sales) that are enabled by Oracle's cloud applications, as well as advanced technologies such as intelligence artificial intelligence or IoT (Internet of Things).
Having comprehensive knowledge of business processes is essential to be able to effectively leverage strategies current and successfully use available technology resources, accelerating the transformation.
Being certified in Oracle cloud applications will help alleviate the lack of qualified talent that the market needs today to innovate and transform quickly, and will allow professionals in Latin America to easily access better jobs and development opportunities.

The new program includes three training focuses in finance, customer experience and human resources, and provides in-depth knowledge of Oracle's cloud applications and the key business processes that accompany them.
