In the beginning, software resellers used a CRM in their operations that did not integrate sales processes and did not offer the quality, reliability and agility necessary for day-to-day processes, generating mishaps and rework. Teams filled in everything manually, from lead to formal proposal — often even at the risk of missing out on a great sale.
