SAS, a world reference in analytics, introduces new services to the Brazilian market to help clients achieve their strategic business objectives, in addition to helping with the entire governance and operation of SAS platforms. Called Technical Account Manager (TAM) and Managed Services, the services are now available, with adoption by companies from different areas.
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a professional specialized in SAS and also in the customer's segment. With his knowledge of SAS platforms and the market, he works within companies and proactively proposes strategies so that, through SAS solutions, customers achieve their business objectives, whether they are increasing sales, improving the experience of their end customers, among many other challenges.

Another novelty, the service called Managed Services, has the proposal to remotely manage the management of infrastructure and applications dedicated to the SAS environment, keeping the software up and running, whether on premises or in the cloud. The service is also committed to providing agility in proposing technical solutions, proposing improvements and updates whenever necessary.
