The grant offered is R$ 1.5 thousand. Registration goes until the 05/06th
Serasa Experian has opened registration for the 2022 edition of its Internship Program. 81 places are being offered and there are no restrictions on courses, except for specific areas, such as legal. It is essential that the student has an affinity with the area of technology. The initial aid grant is R$ 1,500, but there are three progressions of the grant amount over the 24-month period. The new interns should start their activities in August 2022. Higher education students from all over Brazil can apply, as vacancies are offered in the face-to-face, hybrid and remote models. Applications can be made until the 3rd of June through from this site.
Those selected will have the opportunity to enter a complete and exclusive training program, consisting of a learning path that will guide the development of technical skills, including programming languages for technology, behavioral and business-oriented areas.
The process of learning in practice can turn into employment. That's what happened to Junior Development Analyst Victor Valêncio, 26 years old. The Systems Analysis and Development student was hired in the 9th month of the internship. With previous training in Mathematics, he took advantage of the internship program to make a career transition. “I had extensive training that allowed me to get to know all areas and people. I was able to create a vast network. And it was only after almost 2 months of training that I actually entered the area. It was the best part! The whole team welcomed me. I can only say to those who think about entering here that they will find an environment where differences and diversity are respected, and where everyone's well-being is valued. So, come and be part of Serasa Experian”.
The Executive Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Serasa Experian, Mayara Gomes, highlights that the program will develop modern skills that are well evaluated in the job market. “The training includes the most modern in digital technologies and agile methodologies, promoting an overview of digital transformation and enabling young people to have the necessary knowledge to work on a daily basis and develop professional skills valued in the job market. This initiative was created especially to contribute to the development of new skills and to open up new career possibilities for young people. The idea is that this trail is connected to our business throughout the internship period.”
