Plusoft, one of the largest Human Experience (HX) and Customer Experience (CX) companies in the market, has just moved to its new office. The aim is to improve mobility and facilitate access for employees, now that the hybrid work model will be applied to everyone.
The shift days were determined for each team to go to the office to carry out their activities, avoiding agglomeration and improving the dynamics of the meetings between all. For this, employees can, through an application, reserve their seats on the days they go to the office and will have their tables guaranteed.
The new office is fully technological, prioritizes natural lighting, has large meeting rooms and modern cabins for individual meetings or up to four people, a coffee and bar area, which allows for the exchange of experiences and an entire structure conducive to offering well-being. being, collaboration and innovation not only for employees, but also for customers and partners.

The Berrini region, the avenue where the office is located, is considered a major commercial hub in the city of São Paulo, with easy access to subways and trains, Marginal Pinheiros, major avenues and two nearby bike paths. The place was designed precisely to improve the mobility of employees and become more inclusive due to the ease of access. In addition, the building has sports courts, gym, bike rack and a boulevard with shops. Nearby there are two shopping malls and a soccer field.
