Sponsored by VTEX, the Guinness World Records listed contest aims to inspire students to pursue a digital career and improve their business knowledge.

Held in Rio de Janeiro, the final phase of the last edition was won by the Chilean Francisca Avari, and had the participation of 24 finalists from eight different nationalities.
Applications are now open for the 2022 edition of TETRIX, recognized as the largest business studies competition by Guinness World Records (GWR). The competition aims to inspire and encourage participants to pursue a digital career and improve their business knowledge. University students and people who graduated in the last five years (between 2017 and 2021) can apply to any course. Applications are open until August 14 at the site.
“The exchange of cultures, ethnicities and ideas provided by TETRIX has made the challenge increasingly relevant for the digital market. Inspiring, stimulating and developing talented young people is essential to accelerate the pace of digital transformation in companies, but also to build a world in which development opportunities are more equal among the various communities that make up our ecosystem”, explains Mariano Gomide de Faria, founder and co-CEO of VTEX.
The challenge consists of 60 questions, divided into four stages, the first two being online. In this edition, for the first time, candidates will be able to choose a “career path” throughout the second phase, in which it will be possible to focus on themes with which they have greater affinity. The semifinal and final stages, in which the evaluation of the participants is carried out by industry personalities (called Senseis), will be in person, and will take place at the VTEX office, in the city of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), between the 5th and 6th. from November.
This is the fourth edition of TETRIX, which in 2021 had more than 154,000 participants from 84 countries - a record number of entries, which ensured recognition by the Guinness World Records. Last year, women accounted for over 64% of total subscribers.
Totally free, the challenge rewards the winning person with a trip to the five continents, during which they will be introduced to the most advanced in digital transformation, from visits to big techs and participation in technology events and seminars.
Promoted by VTEX, a digital commerce platform for large companies and retailers, and sponsored by Casa & Vídeo, the challenge fosters the digital ecosystem by building a valuable network of future-ready talent. These companies also have access to the participants that stood out the most, with a view to future hires.
