Douglas Rodrigues
Logicalis, a global information and communication technology solutions and services company, has just announced Douglas Rodrigues as CFO for Latin America. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial area of large multinational companies, Rodrigues will be responsible for the financial management of the organization – an essential pillar for the construction of the long-term strategic vision of the business and its execution throughout the region.
“I have the mission of working with the finance team in the strategic and operational support of the organization in its business and projects agenda, as well as supporting our customers in the digital transformation journey, leveraging business and creating value in a sustainable way throughout the chain. I believe that with my professional experience and customer vision of technology solutions I will be able to contribute in a relevant way”, says Rodrigues.
The executive will be in charge of relationships with financial institutions and auditing companies in the Latin American regions and will report directly to Rodrigo Parreira, CEO of Logicalis for Latin America.
Rodrigues holds a degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Osasco, with a postgraduate degree in Accounting from FAAP and Controllership from FGV and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
Throughout his career, he took on executive roles in leading pharmaceutical companies, such as Wyeth Farmacêutica, Pfizer, Teuto and Blau Farmacêutica, where he acquired experience in Process Improvement & Cost Savings, Accounting, Controllership, Financial and Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Compliance Officer, Investor Relations, IPO and Business Transformation.
