Artificial intelligence is one of the main technologies of today, being increasingly indispensable in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, retail and marketing. According to the Distrito Artificial Intelligence Report study, carried out by the District, in partnership with KPMG, Pixeon, Bosch and Stradigi AI, Brazil had 702 startups with AI applications at the beginning of 2021. However, this number must have grown over the years. last 12 months.

To stimulate this market, the Federal Government, through FINEP/Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, launched a public notice to select Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation projects in startups, in the verticals prioritized in the National IoT Plan: Agro, Health, Industry, Smart Cities and Tourism. In all, there will be R$ 80 million in economic subsidy resources, which do not need to be returned to the Federal Government.
