The Serasa Experian solution used automates the credit analysis processes and was adopted in the area of hygiene and cleaning, generating an increase of 300% in the ability to check information to offer financial resources to buyers, which can be industries, service providers , hospitals, healthcare professionals, retailers and distributors. The tool also reduced the analysis time, going from a SLA from 24 hours to just 7 minutes in the case of automatic credit approvals, which already represent 83% of total new customer registrations and credit limit review.

The use of the Serasa Experian platform and consultancy also allowed the company to continue supporting society in its needs during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the growth of 26% in the customer base in the period, credit requests grew and there was a need to adjust the time for payment, since many customers faced financial difficulties. Thanks to the accuracy of the information and agility in the analysis, it was possible to expand this period by about 30 days.

Now, the commercial area can check the CNPJ and key information relevant to the credit assessment of potential customers before the negotiation and have the information in a few minutes, enabling an offer more suited to the profile. In addition, there was an operational gain with the relocation of 70% of the team that used to check information for a new department of the company and in new functions.
