Dimensa, a TOTVS group company that offers technology to financial institutions and which has B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão – as a partner, announces the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the startup InovaMind Tech for R＄23.5 million. The move is in line with the company's strategy of focusing on acquisitions to expand its portfolio and strengthen its presence in the financial market.
InovaMind Tech offers artificial intelligence and big data solutions for companies of all sizes. Through data analysis and enrichment, machine learning and automation of document capture processes, the company creates digital products and services for onboarding, identity validation, background check and risk management with a focus on fraud mitigation. With around 30 employees and 40 customers, InovaMind achieved annualized gross revenue of approximately R＄11 million at the end of 2021.
