In recent months, the way of consuming and doing business has changed radically, forcing companies to quickly transform and execute projects previously planned for five years in weeks. That's why Oracle reinvents itself once again and as part of this transformation announces the search for more 500 professionals across the region. According to the Brazilian Association of Information Technology Companies (Brasscom), the technology area should hire around 420,000 professionals by 2024. According to GeekHunter, a recruitment company specialized in hiring technology professionals, the number of open positions in the sector grew 310% in 2020.

“We are experiencing a real revolution at Oracle Latin America, a revolution that has to do with the direction the market is taking and what our customers are needing,” said Adrián Durán, senior vice president, Applications and Industries, Oracle America Latin. The vacancies open include profiles of very diverse professionals, both for the Sales and Pre-Sales areas, as well as for Service and Consulting.

Oracle's new market strategy will be 100% focused on industries with a mission to promote a new culture of services much more focused on following the customer experience with the best specialized solutions and multidisciplinary teams. “We want everyone to recognize Oracle for this: if you think about digital transformation, think about Oracle,” added Durán. “And we know that revolutions are made by people and their knowledge. That's why we're investing heavily in attracting the best talent to build the best teams and help our clients respond to the incredible challenges they face today.”
