“EXPONENTIAL WAVES AND DIGITAL RESILIENCE" is the central theme of ABES CONFERENCE 2021, organized in partnership with the portal The Shift, scheduled for September 14, 15 and 16, from 3 pm to 6:15 pm. The event will be digital, free and live 100%, sponsored by companies AWS, IBM, Sky.One Solutions and TOTVS.
“2020 was a year that shook us like a tsunami because of the pandemic. The impacts disrupted global value chains, forever changing habits and practices of companies and people, in addition to reinforcing the pressing need to work and organize ourselves through the lens of digital first”, highlights Rodolfo Fücher, president of ABES. “The idea is to reflect together on these impacts and expectations of current changes and those to come, with a group of experienced and visionary specialists”, he adds.
On the first day, the theme is digital resilience. In the second, the focus will be on the business environment. The human factor will be covered on the third day. How to make the transformation to acquire digital resilience? How to review regulations and laws that contemplate and accommodate the waves of transformation? What are the best strategies to empower and retrain the workforce for a world where large-scale automation is inevitable and new skills are needed? These are some of the issues that will be debated.
CAROLINA MORANDINI, Head of Portfolio Management and Startup Scout at Wayra Brasil, is the keynote speaker, on the 14th, and will talk about “Innovation, sustainability, digital transformation and possible futures”; “Valuing workers on demand” will be addressed by DIEGO BARRETO, VP of Finance and Strategy at iFood, 15th keynote. MARIANE GUERRA, Vice President of HR at ADP Systems, will speak on “What can we gain from a corporate culture with multiple perspectives” on the 16th.
The program will have the presence of spokespersons from several companies and organizations in the round tables and in the interviews of Ponto Focal, among them: Nestlé, Banco BV, Suzano, Semente Negócios, 99, EY, Next Gen Foods and Mastertech.
