Brazilian company is one of the main authorized resellers of the manufacturer and has a range of more than 50 services related to IT management

Currently, products and services represent almost half of the billing of the company (40%). Its portfolio includes a range with more than 50 different solutions, fully suited to small and medium businesses and with necessary and accessible functions for this niche.

The partnership between Centric Solution and ManageEngine began in 2008 through the manufacturer's official distributor in the country at that time. Later, with the disqualification of this partner, the Brazilian company became an authorized reseller with a direct relationship with the corporation headquartered in India.

From there, the work was improved with the objective of expanding the share of solutions for the already consolidated customer base in Brazil. Given the large number of options, Centric Solution has a wide and specialized service team in the different verticals offered to solve any problems and facilitate the implementation of resources.

“We want to conquer more and more market and customers for ManageEngine in order to meet the expectation of growth in our market. It is not easy, given the known difficulties of the Brazilian market, but we are able to offer the best solutions at a fair and accessible price to our customers”, explains Otto Pohlmann, CEO of Centric Solution.

ManageEngine was born in 1996 as a network management company called AdventNet. In 2002, it became the IT management division of Zoho Corporation. It currently offers solutions for all IT operations, such as networks, servers, applications, active directory, security, desktops and mobile devices.
