According to the specialist, one of the motivators for the opening of the new internship program was the possibility of developing people at the beginning of their careers aiming at growth within Sky.One's areas, with alignment and integration with its culture. “We are a strong group, with engaged people who believe in who they are and what they do. Therefore, we see the culture of talent retention as fundamental for the future of the company. We believe that talent is essential and we are always looking for the best”, he explains.
In addition, Sky.One pursues an inclusive approach to hiring. “The program is open to everyone. As support and social awareness, whenever we open this type of action, we get in contact with NGOs that work on the employability of minorities and publicize them, encouraging people to sign up”, he says. The company already works with the employability of PCDs and will soon open a new group of minor apprentices.
Sky.One's initiative with the Internship Program and the next actions in the HR area is in line with the company's objective of consolidating itself in the market as an employer brand. In this context, Aila says that the company intends to invest in new educational partnerships, constantly publicize new projects aimed at employability, in addition to maintaining a good reputation on Glassdoor. “Our goal is to strengthen our culture, based on the values of Sky.One, to always inspire our employees through leadership that is like a mirror for the team, and of course, to maintain our annual Great Place To Work seal”, he concludes. .
