Solution allows you to organize physical work environments according to security protocols, and facilitates agile management with a focus on the collaborative model

Seal Telecom, a company of the Convergint Technologies group, in partnership with New Wave Workspace, presents a solution that allows you to digitally organize flexible work environments and optimize remote or face-to-face interactions. The application offers numerous access and control possibilities, so that all security protocols are respected during and after the pandemic.

For a gradual and hybrid return to the office, teams have experienced some difficulties. One is that employees no longer know where their colleagues are going to work or what time they will be available. The tool allows everyone to have a broad view of their agendas, so they know when and where they will coincide, online or in person.

In addition, the New Wave Workspace mirrors physical environments in three-dimensional drawings, which allow you to control them remotely in an easy and intuitive way, to optimize workstations, isolate seats and block rooms with time intervals, as well as track movement and the movement of people through sensors and heat maps. The application has complete integration with other solutions and organizes everything on a single screen, offering the same functionalities when accessing via smartphone or desktop, which contributes to flexible management with a focus on the collaborative model.

By identifying someone with covid, the application is able to track the environments through which the person has been in the last few days and with whom they have interacted, in order to allow agile isolation and prevent the virus from spreading. “Technology is essential to keep employees protected during the pandemic, and it will be a true ally for companies that intend to maintain the hybrid work environment, as it will improve interactivity and, therefore, the productivity of teams”, points out Cristiano Felicíssimo, Latam Project Designer Director of Seal Telecom.

The application makes building dynamics smart. An example is the zero touch, which organizes the use of elevators, buttons and touch-free access via QR codes, which prevents the spread of the coronavirus through contact with surfaces. “In some countries, we already have buildings with separate floors and elevators for vaccinated and unvaccinated people. Thus, the measure allows the unvaccinated to feel safe to circulate, according to the distancing protocols, and to be able to leave the house from time to time. People are really missing socializing and moving around”, concludes Nica Faustino, creator of the New Wave Workspace.
