Plusoft starts internship and trainee programs with 100% of affirmative vacancies for women, LGBTQIA+ community and afro-descendants

Positions are for the areas of Human Experience, Finance and Technology; Applications are open until July 2nd and cover 9 vacancies 

Plusoft, one of the main Human Experience (HX) companies, announces today (23/6) the beginning of its internship and trainee programs, with applications that run until the 2nd of July, on the Careers page of brand.

“At the forefront of the discussion of Human Experience, Plusoft in 2020 reinvented itself with a focus on human relationships, backed by high technology. When we talk about the topic, one must have a look at Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) – Environment, Social and Corporate Governance and, above all, at Diversity”, says Valéria Borges, Chief Human Experience Officer (CHXO).

Valéria reinforces the importance of the program being affirmative for women, the LGBTQIA+ community and black people. “Plusoft reverberates Diversity in all aspects of its culture. Our commitment is to reduce racial and social inequalities”, says the executive.

Applications and selection steps 

According to the company, both the internship and trainee programs will last 12 months each, and the requirements for application are as follows:

Internship 

• Study from the 2nd semester of graduation, in the courses of: Analysis and Development of Systems, Information Systems, Computer Engineering and other related courses;
• The expected completion of graduation should occur in July/2022;
• Live or have easy access to the city of São Paulo – SP.

Trainee 

• Candidates must have an undergraduate course completed between Jan/2019 and Jun/2021 in the following areas:

•  HX Area: Administration (with emphasis on Human Resources), Management (with emphasis on Human Resources), Psychology and other related courses;
•  Financial Area: Administration (with all emphases), Management (with all emphases), Accounting Sciences, Economics, Statistics and other related courses;
• Technology Area: Analysis and Development of Systems, Information Systems, Computer Engineering and other related courses;

• Intermediate knowledge of Office Package;
• Live in or have easy access to the city of São Paulo – SP;

as iEntries will run until July 2nd and those approved will be invited to participate in the selection process.
