The company formalized the hiring of Valéria Borges for the position of Chief Human Experience Officer (CHXO), with the aim of strengthening HR-related initiatives and accelerating the company's Human Experience strategy, in line with its DNA of care for people.

The professional Silvana Cruz also arrived at the company for the position of Head of HX, Culture and Diversity, working in front of Plusoft's Diversity, Equality and Inclusion practices, in addition to supervising processes related to engagement, feedback, organizational climate and happiness, in addition to change management and ESG (environment, social, governance).

Finally, the brand announced the arrival of Natalia Barbieri as Head of HX for recruitment and selection (R&S), career mentoring and design/follow-up of employee journeys.

With the new team, the company aims to reinforce the internal Human Resources initiatives, called Human Experience, and consolidate itself as a company that is aligned with the demands and trends of the People Management area.

“In February, we announced our positioning as a People Technology company, which develops technological solutions to bring the relationship between companies and people closer. The new members of the HR team arrive to take the concept of Human Experience off the ground and apply it in the company's routines”, comments Solemar Andrade, CEO of Plusoft.

“We are working to internally develop the concepts of Human Experience that are part of Plusoft's culture, creating a diverse environment that encourages the personal and professional development of employees”, adds Valéria, CHXO at Plusoft.
