SoftExpert, a global provider of solutions for the integrated management of compliance, innovation and Digital Transformation, has just released version 2.1.5 of its flagship product: the SoftExpert Excellence Suite. The novelty includes the implementation of more than 130 improvements and resources in the system.
In order to make day-to-day activities simpler and boost innovation in organizations, the new version provides an audit checklist on mobile devices, allowing auditors to add comments, facilitating decision-making, and even attaching images, videos or audios as audit evidence, using smartphones or tablets. In addition, a sample selection feature for control tests has been implemented in the Risk component, making it possible to create different populations and define custom sampling methods, as per the needs of each organization.
The Web Gantt function of the Project component also has a new look and, in addition to including, deleting and canceling activities, it now allows you to change settings, make time and color adjustments, in a modern and friendly interface, without the need to open other screens. Another novelty, as a result of the international expansion strategy, is that the suite is also available in Catalan, Danish, Finnish, Japanese and Polish. As a result, the solution now supports 19 languages.
The organization's Director of Development, Fernando Camargo, says that the software updates are based on the needs of companies to accelerate Digital Transformation, especially as a result of remote work management, with emphasis on document scanning and process automation. “With this, the SoftExpert product, which has always had as one of its objectives to ensure the automation of various processes and maximize business excellence, has also become a great partner for companies that are transforming their businesses digitally”, he points out.
