Junior Data Engineering Analyst
The person hired for this vacancy will be responsible for performing the database analysis and development, with the support of the coordination, developing and supporting data loading and integration processes from various data sources and destinations, handling of databases data and product implementation, and control and maintenance of database environments.
To apply, you must be in the final year in related faculties and have technical knowledge in ETL tools to management systems and database modeling.
Senior CRM Project Analyst
The person hired will be the main interface with the client, carrying out project management with a focus on CRM/DBM and managing project demands, preparing briefings/scope for the areas involved, monitoring project results, bringing recommendations for continuous improvement and identifying opportunities.
For this position, it is necessary to have a university degree, at least four years of experience in the area and experience with marketing/CRM actions, analysis of results and monitoring of indicators, as well as mastery of Project Management tools (PMI or SCRUM).
CRM Project Analyst
It will be the main interface with the client, carrying out project management with a focus on CRM/DBM, in addition to managing project demands, preparing briefings/scope for the areas involved in the project (Planning, Creation, Technology and Statistics) and ensuring the quality of all deliveries made to the client (analysis, creation, tools etc).
In addition to the higher education course, this position requires experience with marketing/CRM actions, analysis of results and monitoring of indicators.
Full Quality Analyst
The selected person will act in the analysis of the documentation generated by the Business Analyst, from the point of view of the tests, in order to model and prepare the test plan and scripts with test cases based on BDD methodology. Test execution, registration and monitoring are also activities that will be part of the work routine.
For this position, a minimum of five years experience as a software test analyst and experience in functional software testing, test planning, analysis of requirements documents and technical specifications is essential.
Support Analyst
The contracted person will be responsible for analyzing, investigating and resolving service requests and incidents originating in the production environment, as well as creating improvements and evolution of current processes and routines.
We are looking for candidates with a Higher Education degree in System Analysis, Computer Science or related areas and knowledge in .NET framework, .Net Core, C#, SQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, GIT/GITHUB; SOAP and REST APIs.
Full Software Test Analyst

The person will be responsible for developing applications for iOS and Android platforms related to the Customer Experience (CX) universe. The profile sought is a person with a minimum of six years of experience in developing mobile applications (Android and iOS), using GIT and knowledge in React Native, reactive programming and developing B2B and B2C applications with a large volume of users.
Java Junior Developer
For this position, we are looking for a person to develop APIs in our chatbots platform, in addition to participating in the production support of several products. The ideal person should have at least two years of experience with Java and WEB development (HTML, Javascript, CSS), as well as experience in Spring Framework, REST API, Angular and databases (Oracle or SQL).
Senior Java Developer
The person hired for the position will be responsible for developing APIs for chatbot platforms, as well as participating with ideas and support for product development.
For this position, you need experience in Java, Angular (1.x), WEB development (HTML, Javascript, CSS) and advanced knowledge in JavaServer Faces (JSF). Experience in Docker, Kubernetes and CI servers like Jenkins or Bamboo.
C# Senior Developer
The person hired will be responsible for analyzing, developing and maintaining Web systems developed in C# language. Analysis, correction and maintenance of bugs in production, implementation of automation procedures and database optimization and participation and assistance in the development of new features are some of the activities carried out on a daily basis.
