Started in 2016, VTEX Internship it is an intensive and unique experience, which allows students to understand the day-to-day work of a technology professional in a rapidly expanding company, such as VTEX, which is present in 32 countries and is considered a Leader ** in your industry. This program is part of a series of educational initiatives by VTEX, which supports the training of the new generation of talent for the technology market. Selected students will have the opportunity to work on several projects, with a real impact on the Company's business.
All interns will be mentored by high-performance professionals, which will help them in their development and their integration into the culture of VTEX, which is based on autonomy and encourages everyone to be leaders - owners of their own careers - and to discover its unique contribution to the future of trade. More than 100 students have participated in the previous editions of the program, and to present the experiences of those who were hired by VTEX, the Company will hold a series of webinars, throughout May. They will talk about the internship program for the current students of the colleges, in which they studied, in order to clarify the main doubts. Among the speakers, there are alumni from colleges in Brazil as Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), ESPM, PUC-RJ and Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). There will also be alumni from international institutions, such as the École Polytechnique de Paris, France. VTEX Internship - how to participate
Subscriptions to VTEX Summer Internship 22 they are open until June 11, and can be made through the website: http://careers.vtex.com/early-careers/. The selection process consists of curriculum analysis, online tests and interviews. Students approved for the internship in the areas of Design will start their activities in September 2021, and will spend six months in the program. Those admitted to software engineer positions will start the program in December, and complete the internship in three months.
For those approved in Design, the first three months will be dedicated to research, interviews with real clients, mentoring, ideation, prototyping and immersion. From the fourth month onwards, they will start working together with those approved for software engineering, and should develop together a project tailored to each team, in addition to keeping the developed solution updated.
