Dassault Systèmes announces that Alice Steenland has been named Director of Sustainability. In this newly created role, she will lead the company's efforts to further incorporate social and environmental sustainability into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, which is already used by many of the world's most sustainable companies to transform the way they imagine, create and produce new experiences.

Alice Steenland brings more than 20 years of experience and a broad systems perspective to Dassault Systèmes, having held positions, full-time or as a consultant, in large multinationals, non-governmental organizations, agencies, consulting companies, academia, startups both in the United States and in Europe on projects with high global impact. She was the founder of the AXA Group's Corporate Responsibility Board, where she helped the company achieve a leadership position in the global sustainability rankings, thanks in part to a pioneering responsible investment strategy, including the historic decision to divest in coal and, later, in tobacco. He currently serves as a member of the ShareAction Board of Directors, is a lecturer at Ecole Polytechnique in France (Polytechnic School) and a member of the advisory committee of the Yale School of Management, the Giant Ventures impact fund and leader of the French Institute for Reflection on Sustainability IDDRI. Alice Steenland holds a bachelor's degree in human biology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
