Going against the crisis caused by the pandemic of COVID-19, Sky.One wants to recruit approximately 150 new professionals in the first half alone. Over the year, there will be more than 250 positions. With new employees on the team, the company's goal is to improve the delivery of services to Sky.One's customers and partners.

The selection process will take place remotely and will have six steps: telephone contact to understand the candidate's timing, tests, HR interview, manager interview, case presentation and hiring. According to the Head of People Management at Sky.One, Aila Rodrigues, the pandemic brought important lessons and challenges, both professionally and personally for market organizations. “Many companies have had to reinvent themselves and invest in technology to meet new demands. Sky.One, a provider of technological platforms that modernize software, played a key role in this process, starting by enabling them to innovate through cloud technology. For this reason, we grew during the pandemic and the next step is to invest in new hires to increasingly improve the services offered to our customers and partners ”, he explains.

In 2020, there was an increase in the number of employees of 28%, totaling 185 professionals on the team today. “We are in a crucial year, with the business growing at a fast pace and the human factor is essential to give a solid base to this moment”, explains Alia.
