More than 39,450 patients from the entire network benefited from the follow-up
Rede D'Or, the largest hospital group in the country, implemented the solutions from Salesforce, a global reference in CRM, to monitor patients in home isolation with suspicion or confirmation by Covid-19. With Salesforce, Rede D'Or was able to monitor more than 39,450 patients between June and December, of which 4,069 were detected with warning signs and sent to emergencies for face-to-face assessments.
The solutions adopted by Rede D'Or are the Salesforce Health Cloud, used to parameterize the care lines, and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, who was responsible for configuring the communication rules in contacts via SMS and e-mail messages. The implementation of the tools was carried out by Salesforce partner Globant, and the whole process took less than 30 days, between May and June 2020.
With the Salesforce tools in place, they began to monitor the health of Group employees who were confirmed or suspected of Covid-19 and at the monitoring call center. This was done through the native integration between Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, facilitating the implementation of rules in a single environment, as well as the unified monitoring of the project. This period served as a test before escalating to monitor all patients treated by Rede D'Or throughout Brazil.
“Salesforce's solutions were very important for us to be able to keep track of our patients with suspicion, symptoms or Covid-19 infection, allowing us to get ahead in cases where some type of assistance was needed”, explains Dr. Gustavo Guimarães, executive director of Rede D'Or Group. "This adoption is in line with our strategy of having more integrated solutions in order to provide a unified and consistent experience for all of our customers, patients and doctors."
Now, Rede D'Or is implementing a set of lines of care in the Salesforce Health Cloud with the goal of further supporting patients and doctors across the network in the ongoing coordination of care. In addition, the group works to integrate Salesforce with the other assistance solutions used.
“Rede D'Or implemented Salesforce solutions to anticipate the needs of its audience at a very delicate time. Placing the relationship with the patient at the center of the strategy is essential for the health sector ”, comments Fabio Costa, Salesforce's general manager for Brazil. “The success story of Rede D'Or shows how digital transformation contributes to a personalized accompaniment by the public”, adds Fabio.
