Global reference in payroll outsourcing solutions, ADP has just announced the change of its command in Latin America. Ahead of operations in the region, since 2004, the engineer Cesar Marinho, announces his retirement from January 2021. During his tenure, ADP grew significantly in the region, with notable gains in efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Claudio Maggieri
To take the lead in the region, the company appointed the current Regional Vice President of Services and General Manager of the Brazilian operation, Claudio Maggieri, what starts to answer as President for Latin America, which has already started to answer for the company. Graduated in Accounting and with an MBA from FGV / Ohio University, Maggieri joined ADP 23 years ago, in the financial area, and, after a solid career in the organization, he had already been preparing for this transition in the last two years.
Until reaching the post of General Manager, Maggieri went through several positions as, CFO of ADP Brasil, Director of Projects to Customers, Director of Operations and Regional VP of Services to Customers. In the past five years, he has led some of the most strategic projects in the ADP service area and has been at the forefront of complex operations, promoting innovations that have helped to consolidate the company's position in the Brazilian and Latin American market.
