Internal transfers strengthen the areas of marketing, sales, operations, human resources, and solutions portfolio, valuing in-house talent and supporting the company's growth strategy.

ESY announces a series of internal changes in its leadership structure, reinforcing strategic areas of the company and recognizing professionals who have contributed to the company's growth over the past few years. The changes reflect the organization's strategy to strengthen its presence in the cybersecurity market, expand integration between areas, and prepare the structure for new cycles of expansion.

Among the main changes, Rosely Hanoch assumes the position of VP of Marketing & Sales, after serving as CMO & Alliances. The executive, who has more than 25 years of experience with the company, will now lead the company's marketing and sales strategies in an integrated way, focusing on demand generation, strengthening partnerships, and commercial growth. "These are areas that go hand in hand and need a more integrated approach that can guide actions in a more results-oriented way," notes Rosely.

 

In the marketing area, Yara Bonafé was promoted from manager to Marketing Director. With 11 years of experience at ESY, Yara has played a significant role in developing brand positioning strategies, communication, and generating business opportunities.

The commercial structure was also strengthened with new director positions. Alberto Sbrunhera, who has been with the company for 10 years, will now serve as Kaspersky's Commercial Director, expanding his responsibility in managing the partnership and developing business within the channel ecosystem.

Ana Clara Pedrosa takes over as Commercial Director for ESET, Barracuda, and Safetica solutions, after four years working at the company as a sales manager. Stefani Jorge takes over as Commercial Director for the Acronis and SonicWall lines, after serving as sales manager for these brands for a year and a half at ESY.

In the technical and portfolio area, Iury Cardoso assumes the role of Head of Cyber Products & Services, a position in which he will lead the strategy, development, and management of the company's cybersecurity solutions and services. The executive previously served as IT and pre-sales manager.

Human resources management is also strengthened with Andrea Leomil taking on the role of Director of People and Culture. With six years at ESY, the executive takes on the challenge of strengthening talent development initiatives and organizational culture.

Another important change is occurring in the operational area, with Renato Fernandes taking over as Director of Operations, expanding his role in managing and improving the efficiency of the company's processes.
