The move comes after a year of record growth and expands the company's bet on AI and multiplatform solutions.

Senior Sistemas, one of the largest developers of business management software in Brazil, announces the arrival of Taiolor Delgado de Morais as its new Director of Technology and Development.

The appointment comes at a strategic moment for the company, which has been registering robust growth in the ERP market. In 2025, Senior surpassed R$1.17 billion in revenue and increased investments in cloud, artificial intelligence, and portfolio expansion, focusing on multiplatform management solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in technology, software engineering, and enterprise solutions development, Taiolor takes on the challenge of leading the continued technological evolution of Senior, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and competitive differentiation in Latin America. Currently, the Brazilian multinational has more than 14,500 client economic groups, 3,800 employees, and a presence in nine countries in the region.
