 Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading global provider of mission-critical technology services, announces Wagner Jesus as its new General Manager in Brazil, with a focus on deepening client relationships, expanding the company's presence in strategic sectors, and accelerating the organization's transformation and sustainable growth journey in Brazil.

Wagner joins Kyndryl from Wipro, where he served as Country Head and Managing Director for Brazil. With over 25 years of leadership experience in the information technology sector, including P&L management responsibilities, the executive is recognized for his strong commercial focus, close client relationships, and ability to lead transformation initiatives in complex and highly competitive environments.

Brazil remains a strategic market for Kyndryl, driven by the growing adoption of technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and automation, as well as the need for organizations to modernize and strengthen their digital infrastructures. In this context, the company reinforces its commitment to supporting Brazilian companies across all sectors in consulting on and modernizing their mission-critical systems, increasing operational resilience and accelerating innovation.

Throughout his career, Wagner has held leadership positions at some of the world's leading technology companies, including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Grupo Assa, Infosys, Hewlett-Packard (HP), and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). He has led operations, business development, and digital transformation programs for large organizations. Wagner holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Vale do Paraíba, an MBA in Business Administration from FIAP, and an executive certification from Harvard Business School.
